Do you want to inspire other people by writing about your mental and physical health challenges and how you deal with it? Join us and assist in discussing vulnerability in any form.

To help you get started we came up with the following format:

Your piece can be up to 1 A4, with a short introduction (max 4 sentences) about yourself, it may also be anonymous! (example: woman 25 years old, graduate etc) including some field of interest, such as: sleep, sport, social activities, dealing / overcoming vulnerability. It is a matter of inspiring and / or motivating others by sharing your experiences and showing you where you take your strength. You can share a story with us once, however you can, also contribute for example once a week or once a month.

What can you write about?

  • What problems are you facing and how do you go about it?
  • How did you inform your environment?
  • What helps / helped you feel good?
  • How does/did your NiceDay Coach or NiceDay app help you?

These are some ideas when you seek inspiration to write about something. We accept submissions on any subject related to mental and physical health. Share what you feels good for you.

Final editing

Sometimes it is necessary to modify/shorten the pieces so that they are suitable for placement on the website. We want to respect the writer as much as possible, so if we need to make major adjustments we will always inform you.
